The Best Electric Guitar for Beginner
Advice: The best electric guitar for beginner Getting the right electric guitar for you is very important. As with everything available to buy there are hundreds of different types of guitars around. The ideal guitar for me was a Les Paul copy made by Stagg. When I first started playing (I was 9) my dad and I went around to about 6 different shops to play as many guitars as we could find under £200! Spend time finding a guitar that you think looks good, then go and play it! There is no point trying out a guitar if you think it looks terrible… Some good electric guitars to try would be the Fender Stratocaster (also called the Strat) and the Gibson Les Paul. They can be quite expensive so Fender do a slightly more affordable range called the Fender Squier – take a look at the Fender Squier Stratocaster. Epiphone and Stagg do an alternative to the Gibson Les Paul. Since I started playing I have owned many guitars, I still have many to try out! By far the best guitar I own is my Fender Strat, it plays really well and adapts to Rock, Metal, Punk – basically sounds good in almost any style. A similar guitar to the Strat is the Yamaha Pacifica, also a great beginner guitar. Again there are lower priced ones and ones that only rock gods can afford! Even though they are expensive, go to a music shop and try some of the higher priced models. This will give you a good indication of how well the guitar you will be buying compares. If you are buying a guitar and have not yet learnt to play at all, it would be best to borrow or rent one rather that pay out hundreds on something that you are not sure about. Once you have been playing for a few months then go out and try some guitars with your new found know how! Remember there is no best electric guitar for beginner, just the best one to suit you.
